Julie,
My old dealer asked me to do a demo and it never happened. I didn't do this one, just went out to meet a couple of guys from the forum. It was a gas! Wish I had a dealer that I could do one for. Wait, maybe I could become a dealer and do them for myself. That may happen

3 pound tri tip and???? also pulled pork enchiladas for my silver haired neighbors. Gotta fix my sprinklers first and Wendy has me on ceiling fan cleaning duties. Ain't much fun for us short guys but you already know that :P

For your sake, It's a good thing that your knowledge is limited to a few things - it would be terrible having lots of computers opened making posts on all kinds of forums. You'd have to go back to school to increase your typing speed just to keep up!
