Pork Loin

I have just thawed out a one huge pork loin. I ran into a fellow egger tues. and was chatting about the ever so wonder BGE. He mentioned that he cooked pork loin quite often and mentioned that he had used applebutter once along with some other stuff on the loin. I need some help with the some other stuff?

Several recipes for stuffed pork loins in the Recipe section, under the "Cookbook" tab. you can also do a forum search for "Stuffed pork loin" or "pork loin".
Tomorrow I am cooking for 10 people and cooking "LC's Pork Roulade", found in the recipe section, under Pork. I have cooked this before and it turned out fantastic.
