If you followed my chuck roast graph post this weekend, that was prepared for the ECG. That's a tail-gating party for collectors of high end kitchen knives. We had the 27# chuck roast, 2 Sicilian pizzas, homemade Jewish Rye, and about 30 chicken thighs for the stragglers remaining after dark :)

    Wow, that's a big chunk of beef! Very nice party, food looks outstanding! I'll take some pulled beef and a couple of slices of that great looking bread. I wonder if anybody has a sharp knife and a cutting board. :lol:

    It's a non-functioning smokehouse, no external fire pit, so I used to use it to house my BGE. Over time, it was too difficult to lift the egg out of the table to take along to competitions, so it's pretty much egg storage now.
