No plan just rubbed it up with cow lick and on the egg, raised grid 275 indirect.

123 internal time to come off. Total time 3 hours.

Foiled and wrapped in towels now. Will slice some up for dinner tonight and tomorrow run the rest through the meat slicer for cheese steaks and sammies

The,,,ummm,,,modified,, one is still out of commission and will be until I get a new band assembly :( You know those hinge brackets only have 1 hole for a reason

She's eating some leftover chicken legs now. I'll slice the roast in about an hour and if I don't save her any I'll be out of commission like the other large :P
