No plan just rubbed it up with cow lick and on the egg, raised grid 275 indirect.

123 internal time to come off. Total time 3 hours.

Foiled and wrapped in towels now. Will slice some up for dinner tonight and tomorrow run the rest through the meat slicer for cheese steaks and sammies B)
