First time for red snapper.Cedar planked with fresh lime ,lemon, EVO, salt, pepper and shakin the tree. Very tasty!!

red snapper is THE BEST!!! but so hard to find out on the desert :( Looks like the run has started...how long do they run in the Gulf????

Marc that looks great. I was thinking about doing that same thing today. Did it turn out as tasty as it looks? I have some red as well as Mingo snapper in the freezer that I need to cook.

I egged the snapper @400 a wasnt watching the time but I guess 10 to 15min. Pulled at 140temp
