I invited some eggers to my house this past weekend to introduce some of my friends to the amazing Big Green Egg. Here are some pics....
Zippy & Unconudrum
Mad Max checks the grub while Woodbutcher(l) and Unconundrum(r) supervise
Woodbutcher, Max, and Adrienne
bill taking a well deserved break. If you look closely, he's mising his *ss cause he cooked it off
Zippy doing some ofhis now famous in the town of wernersville, Pa pizzas
bill, Max and a healthy Spawn
bill giving his infamous Porkgasm some TLC
Woodbutcher, bill, and the Zipster taking a well deserved break
Smoking Guitar Player holding court
Thanks to Smoking Guitar Player who brought some demo eggs to my place. I did manage to convince the president of our local town council to buy a demo egg(a benifit of ample free beer). An new egger is born!
Had about 40 folks total at the cookout. Thanks to bill, Unconundrum, Woodbutcher, Max, Zippy, their families, and Fat Daddy(no pic, sorry, who lurks the forum a lot) for introducing some barbeque enthusiasts to some top of the line Egg cooking!
now they're tuned up for Waldorf!

Looks like you had a great time with great company and great food.
Thanks for sharing the pics. -
These are some great pictures, great food, and it looks as if a great time was had by all.
But, the very best part was seeing a healthy Spawn there with Max.
Hey Max, the Redskins have a great defensive player in Brian Orakpo. Keep an eye on him. -
Rod,
Let's do that at your place in October. Brilliant! I'll bring beer.

Brian, thanks again for a great time. You couldn't have picked a better day with better weather either. Beautiful house & farm too, I think I could get into some trouble on that piece of property  . This was the second time I was lucky enough to sample Warren's focaccia creation, eat'n just does not get any better. Also, Dale's buckboard bacon was spectacular, brought home a couple hunks & fried'm up for breakfast on Sunday. Bill's porkgasm was as it sounds as well.
I only have one question, when is Hoggfest II :woohoo: ? Great meeting the rest of your family as well, now bust a move & show up at Waldorf next weekend would ya :cheer:happy in the hut
West Chester Pennsylvania -
Brian, thank you for hosting it and inviting us all to your wonderful home I, for one, had a lot of fun and enjoyed meeting your family and friends.
-
WOW a real hollywood cast you had there. Looks like everyone had a great time.
-
Dayum..Looks like a great time..sorry we couldn't make it..maybe next time...
-
I have been drinking a lot of Yuengling lately - they sell it at the minor league park here and it is a huge hit.
I don't know if it is because they just introduced it to Georgia or what, but it is a very popular beer here.
I rank it as my favorite domestic beer. -
My place, the Thursday before Eggtoberfest.
Count on it!!!
We'll have about 8-10 eggs - but you're gonna need to bring a LOT of beer. Tell Mike to bring more moose. -
Rod,
Done. We will have to leave a day early to find it.

Zips,
I have to see if I can get through the left over Sam Adams and Yuengling :woohoo: What are you doing for breakfast tomorrow? BTW, tried to kill myself at the gym this morning trying to work off all that food!
BC -
Warren,
Sorry I missed getting a pic of your foccocia bread. they were eating it as fast as it came out. I think you're the first person my family ever met from Bechtelsville  BTW, don't you think my daughter would make a good lawyer?
Brian -
Wess,
With the president of borough council becoming an egger, we could really raise some h*ll next year
Best of all,he'd be the worst
BC -
I think your daughter would do anything well. She is both beautiful and personable, truly a home run Why'd you leave her out of all the pictures?
-
Pat,
All I can tell you is itunintentionally kept me from making it to church on Sunday :ermm:
Brian -
Warren,
So what you're saying she takes after her Dad.
* million pics of her around the house-don't think I have any in photo bucket.

Looks like you set up a great party! You certainly had some great folks, and a beautiful place from what I saw in the pics. Nice job!
-
Todd,
Had the Carnivore robust out, too! -
I'll bring takillya!!!
-
thanks Brian for hosting a great time on a perfect day in the perfect place.
for those that have not had the chance warrens foccacia is 'other worldly" i think zippy uses 'the force' to make the pizza ,, they just keep coming off the egg perfect [and round too] Ben had woodbutchers bacon this morning and the rotten kid did not share.. i just had some of max's marinated hanger steak for dinner.
as i am alway the one behind the camera it is always a shock to see what i look like in pics..
thanks again for a great gathering
bill -
I wish I were there. Nice shots. Nice gathering of folks. Sweeet food too!
Chris -
I can't add much to what has already been said. Porkgasm, hangars, Zippy Zas, cherry foccacia, Fred's chicken, healthy Spawn and great beer and incredible people. That's what eggin's all about! Thank's again Brian.
-
bill,
You are a cooking maniac! The non-eggers were amazed at how much great food you kept pumping off that egg. thanks so much for you willingness to come up here to my place. After meeting my forum friends, my wife doesn't think I joined a cult anymore!
BC -
Dale,
It was good to get you out of Penna Dutch country and over here to Berks "coundie". Nice meeting Adrienne, too. Hey, our paths probably crossed at your place of employment years ago. You just don't remember me 'cause I had more hair back then then   Thanks for the pile of food you cooked. My wife wants me to make that rolled flank steak for her.
