BB Ribs tomorrow??? If no hangover

I have a pack of BB Ribs to do tomorrow. I also have some of the grade B maple syrup to use. To expensive to throw out, got some Bacardi gold. So, thinking of a marinade using the Gold,some of the maple syrup and probably some Worcestershire sauce.

Also have apple juice and apple cider vinegar to spritz with. So, marinade over night, drain in the morning, cover with D. P. Red Eye Express or Dizzy Dust, back in the fridge of an hour or so then out to cook.

Debating about using my new Carnivore Sauce at the end or not. Anyone used it on ribs at the end??? I have the Chipotle, it has a nice bite to it.

These are for one of my girls at the bar so I want em good.
