Not photo worthy, tacos DP style

Hello ya'll,

Decided to do tacos at the last minute...Started with a little over a 1 lb of frozen ground sirloin, using my new Lodge 3qt casserole dish, browned the meat on the egg at 300, added spices & most importantly DP Dizzy Pig...

Talk about good... It was much better than browning the sirloin on the stove top...

    sounds good!!!

    we have taco night every tuesday.. see we have a 12 year old son and tacos make him happy ;) but i have gotten sick of old el passo (and the others) so we have started making his on the stove and making some beef on the egg and slicing it and making adult not cause there is alcohol, but cause it is steak tacos :whistle: plus the boy really loves tacos and this is how we get through it :lol:

    it makes it easier cause you have the taco fixins out so why not ;)
