Got the recipe posted here in Cookbook. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do. Variations are many, depending on the type of meat/sausage and cheese you go with. If you like Italian sausage.....


These grilled up perfect, nice crispy edges. Check them out.....

Spreading tomato paste. I used Italian herb flavored.

Next is the cheeeeeeessssse. Shredded smoked cheddar (smoked in the egg 4 months ago). Good stuff.

Swamp venom for spice.

Cheese melted, it's time to serve! Yummmmmmmm

i forgot about those, maybe this weekend with a slice of tomato and a poached egg with bernaise sauce for easter breakfast.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
