lamb ribs

i was at the store today and bought a small pkg. of lamb ribs very small. so my question is do i cook them indirect temp. 250 like bb. thanks in advance for any reply and advice

I do them direct at about 325 and just turn them every so often, I took mine to 140 and it was just great.

I go raised direct and leave mine fairly rare...130°ish. You can leave the rack whole, or cut them into doubles. I trim the fat cap and french the bones. Don't forget to remove the menbrane, they have one too.

I like them with seasoned, and then slathered with strong garlic butter about 4 hours before cooking. The butter sets up while in the fridge. A raised grate helps control flare-ups.
