Sam's boneless leg of leg, fileted, lemon juice, oregano, lemon peel, garlic, EVOO, S&P

hubby made pitas from Artesian Bread in 5 Minutes

Greek Salad adapted for Jr. Chef

Lamb and new potatoes pulled 40 min @ 400F dome

Sliced, medium but VERY juicy

and plated

Sam's boneless leg of leg, fileted, lemon juice, oregano, lemon peel, garlic, EVOO, S&P

lamb is still my favourite cook, it's good on the bone too.
A good cook I've done is lamb shoulder over a pan of thickly sliced potatoes (which have to start later). -

My wife did not care for lamb until I cooked a leg of lamb following the recipe of a New Zealander friend. The key, I think, is removing as much of the "thick" fat as possible when prepping the meat. Keeps that 'gamey' taste at bay.
The recipe I use is in the "Recipe" section under the 'Cookbook' tab at the top of the page.
