In laws brought some really fresh grouper from the pacific coast.....decided to honour Frank in here you are........


Added the Chef Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning ......a present from Frank...


Ready to go on the egg..........600*

    You really did justice to that beautiful piece of grouper. I just love grouper. When I get a sawed off cast iron pan I'm going to give Frank's method a try.

    That looks fantastic. I know it tasted as good as it looks. I try and blacken something at least twice a month. Great looking side items too. Never thought to mix corn and rice together, thanks for the idea.
