5 lb Brisket (how long a smoke)

I have a 5 pound brisket, how long should I smoke it and at what temp? I am looking to take my egg on its first all nighter.

5lbs sounds like a flat only. If so, it will cook a bit faster than a whole packer. Set the egg to around 240* and it will go in about 9 hours. Pull it at 190-195* and wrap in heavy aluminum foil. Let it rest in a cooler or 170* oven for about 2-3 hours. Slice across the grain and enjoy.
