My camera is still on the blitz so no pics but i am 5 min away from what smells like some out of this world bread pudding...will let you know.

Update...The bread pudding was a great success. The "frosting" was not recieved as well. The alcohol seemed a bit strong and I only used three Tbs think next time i will leave that out it will be perfect. "at least for my critics" So I suggest everyone put this on their dessert list. Easy and great what more could you ask for.
