One fine looking meal Steve! Leather jacket? Lets ride!! Next time try the cornbread in a cast skillet with handle cut if needed. I think it lets the air circulate better than DO.

I say....old chap.......I feel back in Buckinghamshire.......Delicious looking if I might say so... :woohoo: -
i o not know what yorkshire pudding is but i would bravfe the snow to get to your house for that meal.
-
bill,
Yorkshire pudding is a load of eggs, flour, milk, salt and pepper poured into a hot DO with a half a cup or more of rendered beef fat and the same of drippings. Twenty five minutes at 450* Cover it with gravy and you are good to go. Heart healthy too.

Anne,
Norma makes it. I'll get her to post the recipe on Facebook. It's a lot of eggs, flour, milk and salt and pepper. The beef fat and drippings give it the goodness.

Oh lordy, that sounds very good and very unhealthy.
Will have to give it a try sometime. Will watch for Norma to post on FB. -
JL,
I think that might have been better. It didn't rise like it should have. How's Jake?
