had some left over brisket ( only cause i did two) and some crescent roll dough and then the light went on....

Interesting idea. You put any sauce in there with the brisket? Did it dry out much during the bake?

didn't dry out at all and the only thing i used was a couple different mustards for dipping. this was so easy and very tastey and a great way to dispose of left over meat. great future finger food idea.
