depends what your best sellers are in the shop i would think. if you have bbqrs that are buying alot of ribs and butts you need the dp coarse rub, steaks, either steak rub is great, chicken one of the hot for the heat crowd and definatly tsunami as there isnt another rub out there that compares to it.fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

My order of preference:
DP Dizzy Dust
Raisin' the Steaks
Shakin' the Tree
Cow Lick
Tsunami Spin
I will now qualify this by saying I use some DP product on almost every meat & or vegetable cook I do at home. They all are great...Shakin the tree on corn on the cob... :woohoo: -
I have several and there is not a bad one in the bunch, but Tsunami Spin is my favorite.
-
Ok! Ok! Guess I will order ALL OF THEM!!!
Thanks guys! -
Raising The Steaks, and Tsunami Spin

Good move Phil..ordering all of them will prove worthwhile in the end....they are all Eggcellent products...
-
We eat a lot of salmon so it is Ragin' River. We go thru a couple of bottles a month.
-
The nice lady at DP said she would send me sample packs to try. Guess I could cook 10 different meats on the XL and try em all at once. WOOT!
-
PS Once the surgeon has held your heart in his hands you eat a lot of fish.

They're all fantastic products !!!
But I think the answer depends on what your customer base is. Buying them all in equal proportions might not be ideal to start. -

The more the merrier.
Can't have too much of a good thing.
etc. etc. etc.... -
All of them!!!

Being a new egg head, I purchased DP Dizzy Dust first. I use it on EVERYTHING!! From chicken to scrambled eggs.
Thanks, Bob -
We use them all!
The only one the little woman doesn't like is the Swamp Venom.
I've mixed Swamp Venom and Tsunami Spin. Oh-My-Goodness! -
Dizzy dust reg and coarse. and we LOVE the salt free!! and ragin river mmmmmmmmm
-
I have a store too, and carry all of them. Good move to have them all. They're all GREAT
-
1) Dizzy Dust
2) Ragin River -
Well now I have to place MY order! Headed to the website now.
-
Thank y'all so much!
-
1. Dizzy Dust
2. Red Eye Express for ABT's!!!!!!!! -
Tsunami and Firewalk - lots of flavor layers.
-
Cow Lick for beef and Swamp Venom for everything. I use Swamp to flavor soups, stews and seafood, not just pork and chicken. Goes a long way, all I need is a light dusting to kick it up a notch. Outstanding classic Cajun flavors with a twist combining Chimayo chillies with the exotic African bird pepper. Great for BBQ ribs and smoked pork butts. Sometimes I combine Swamp Venom with another Dizzy Pig seasoning to up the flavor. Outsanding.

You all are the best!

Red Eye Express.
Used it on chicken, pork, and steak. It isn't overly sweet or spicy and it does add a layer of richness.
For me, Raising is a little too spicy...that is I think it gets in the way of the meat.
I have and do love the others, but if you made me choose one, it would be Red Eye Express.
For fish, Raging River for sure. -
Ribs-Red Eye Express (my wife votes for swamp venom)
Chicken - Raging River Rub
Steak - Raising the Steaks
Chili - Cow Lick (Egret's recipe)
Butt - Swamp Venom -
Raising the Steaks
Raging River
Cow Lick
