OK - somehow I came across a boneless chicken breast - approx 3 pounds. I was thinking of smoking a little later today. I'm looking for a rub as well as recommendations for wood chips. I was thinking maple or pecan. Any suggestions???

    I just did one of these a few weeks ago. All I did was rub it down with olive oil, and some Tsunami Spin. Cooked over a drip pan at 325 for about 2 hours. Came out yummy![p]~nikki
