Parchment paper works for me,I

luis70458,
If you leave the fan in there it will get mighty hot, in fact you are already mighty hot..the stone isn't fully heated. Have you got a plateseter in there too?Parchment will work up to about 550* then it will burn. I suggest, unplug the fan, watch the temps for a few minutes and regulate to the temp you want. You may end up with a lot of ash on the pie if you don't.

stop by your local restaurant supply store and buy a pizza peel.

I hope there's some cornmeal under that pie. My first pie we started the fire then made the pie. No cornmeal or parchment paper and it sat at room temp to long. When we were ready to put it on the egg, half was loose and the other half stuck to the board. It looked funny, but still tasted great.

I have had very good luck with parchment paper but I also have used the Super Peel:

i use parchment paper and a pizza peel !!

How hot can you get the parchment paper? I nevery have used it because it says "up to 400 degrees" on the box. I do pizzas at 500-550

The standard way is to keep your surfaces floured so it doesn't stick. Then with some careful sliding you transfer. You do it a couple of times and you will get the feel for it - you get a couple of mulligans.

I use a cheap pizza peel and parchment paper. If you have a pizza pan or cookie sheet without edges and use parchment paper it will also slide off easily.

The easiest way I have found it to buy some pizza screens. You can get them from a restaurant supply store. You can make your pies on them and then transport to the stone.
-
My favorite method is using the Super Peel. Normal peels will work but every now and then it can get stuck if the pizza is too moist. The Super Peel will cost you more but every pizza goes on and off perfectly.

Use a peel and cornmeal between the dough and the peel.
Its, simple and it works great. -
The corn meal or flour works well but I have found a pizza screen works really well.
Here is a link for one, other companies also sell them

You might find that one of those screens you put over oil so it doesn't spray out would also work.
Good Luck
