Well, i have no idea how to cook this meat. Before i saw the writing on the package i had never even heard of it. Anybody have any ideas on how to cook?

I think that is a flat iron steak.

That is the name I was trying to remember. If it is, it will have a white line, of tough tissue, running across the center.
I have never had one, but I hear that they are great.
