HELP....Making some ABT's for a party tonight and it's been so long since I made them can anyone help PLEASE..I have about 1#ground beef, cream cheese, taco seasoning and of course the peppers. Can't remember how to cook them, direct or indirect and the temp and do you half the peppers or keep whole? TIA

I like to half the peppers,it seems quicker and you get twice as many :woohoo: I have not tried them with what you have,but let's eggsperiment.Try this,brown the ground beef(drain and cool),then mix with the cream cheese and seasoning(of your choice),then stuff the pepper halves.Wrap in bacon(this is important) then on the egg,indirect at 300-325 for about an hour/or until the bacon is good and crispy.Good luck and Happy New Year
