My family and I would also like to wish everyone and their families a Blessed and Merry Christmas. Thank you akk forum members for all the food ideas and recipes that you have posted thr the year. They have been some of the best gifts I have gotten through out the year.

We had snow in Spring Texas (Houston) when NO got theirs. Fun to see but that was enough for now

Hey Spring! Yep I'm a Metairie boy and live out buy Clearview and the lake (as you can tell by the levee in the background). The snow day was a crazy one for us and we took some unbelievable pictures. - Mark

Merry Christmas to you all too.

We were in N'awlins two days after the snowstorm, it had turned into fog by then.

We got home in the middle of a "REAL SNOWSTORM" a foot on the ground and another foot comming, not one of those whimpy things that you guys call snowstorms. Actually it is almost gone now.
