I was running low on spices so I went to Peppers today in Rehoboth Beach De and got a little carried away. Ended up buying made by Cholula, Texas Rib Rangers,gator hammock, hogs breath,andy's roo's,Walker and sonsMary's gourmet, John Henry and a few others. the problem is I have never used most of them so wondeing if anyone has and what they think of them

  • I use Cholula and make a compound butter in the fridge and throw a dollup on a well seared hanger steak whenever I van find it!

    Which John Henry? If Pecan, you can literally use it on anything, especially ribs and butts. I used some tonight to saute up some baby bellas - love them that way.
