Huge Thanks to Big'un for the sausage and bacon wrapped pork tenderloin recipe. I have been reading this forum for months, anticipating the purchase of my first egg. Finally, I brought home my first today...a medium for now. Did not have time for pulled pork, so had to settle for tenderloins. Followed Big'un's recipe, and everyone loved it. Now I have a corn casorole baking to enjoy tomorrow. Thanks to all of you on this forum for all the inspiration. I am hopelessly addicted.
