I do love the bacon wrapped filets,and I didn't have anywhere that I needed to be today,so,what the heck :woohoo: The cast iron grid worked great,so now I'm trying out the platesetter with a fatty and a couple stuffed bell peppers.I don't think that I'll be eating dinner tonight

Thanks EggMe,the mini is a fun little cooker.It also gets hot really quick :woohoo: I plan on using it a lot,once my new smokehouse is finished BTW,I forgot the finished pic of the fatty and stuffed bells
