Thought i would try a deep dish last night, turned out alot better than expected

did you bonk somebody on the head at Uno & get the recipe :huh: or is it a Unoesque recipe, we wanna know, & the sooner the betterhappy in the hut
West Chester Pennsylvania -
1 cup warm water
1pkg active dry yeast
3 to 3.5 cups flour
1/2 cup coarse ground cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil -
1 cup warm water
1pkg active dry yeast
3 to 3.5 cups flour
1/2 cup coarse ground cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil -
pour warm water into a large mixing bowl and sissolve the yeast. Add 1 cup of flour, all of cornmeal, salt and veg oil. Mex well. Continue stirring in the rest of the flour untill dough comes away from the sides of the bowl. Kneed untill no long sticky. Let stand covered for 45-60min
I did it in a food processor with a dough blade
