Grand daughter is down for the weekend, started off with pizza. An artichoke heart, black olive, and green pepper one.

It looks like you used the perforated pan for the first and the stone with parchment for the second. If that is true, do you have one you prefer?

I've done both ways but these were both done with the Airbake on a raised grid over the main grid over the plate setter, it is my favorite way to do them anymore. -RP

Actually, that was my daughters, I had the pepperoni, it is perfectly acceptable to use meats as flavorings in dishes on the mediteranian diet. -RP
