I've done both ways but these were both done with the Airbake on a raised grid over the main grid over the plate setter, it is my favorite way to do them anymore. -RP

Actually, that was my daughters, I had the pepperoni, it is perfectly acceptable to use meats as flavorings in dishes on the mediteranian diet. -RP
