For awhile I was without a puter so had lost all my BBQ website. I building the list as they come up on the forum or some I google.

Thanks Larry but wrong one. He had pictures of him and family as well as BBQ info and also I believe jerky info.

Hi Larry,
Duh, me bad. Yes, that's them, I knew as soon as I saw the picture and the name Kevin.

Do you know if he still has the other site with his recipes or am I missing something again. Seems the most of the other stuff is not his recipes,cooking info.

I had the chance to meet Keven a few years back at my house. A delightful guy. I have used his and only his recipe for jerky for years. I do about 10 Lbs a year. It is in my opinion fool proof. I NEED fool proof. LOL Good lick

Thank you very much,this is just what I was looking for. I used to make jerky using his recipe. I can remember when he was posting pretty regular on BGE forum but that was back around 2003 or so.
