I placed an order with Dizzy Pig yesterday and started looking at the recipes section when I came across "Raging River Maple/Butter Crusted Salmon" and had to make it tonight. Wow. What a great recipe and anyone who hasn't tried it yet, you're missing out.

yup...I love that recipe also! Salmon is soooooo good and soooooo good for us I just don't know why we don't show more pictures. Just today I had yet another late afternoon snack of the dip I make with intentional left over salmon. I believe I gave you the recipe link. BTW while you were away you received this ping from Bacchus...GO BEARS!

I got the little raging river sample pack in my goodie bag at eggwegofest and made the maple salmon last week. Delicious. No pics though. Yours looks great.
The nice thing about last week's salmon cook was that it only used half my sample package of RR...so I've got enough for another dinner! -

My two teenage girls who don't eat fish of any kind refer to this recipe as "fish hater's fish". They typically have three servings each at the dinner table.

The salmon is fantastic and right up there with the best I've tasted. I've also been told it's very good with Tsunami Spin instead of the Ragin' River just as an FYI. -
