Got home from work today to find two deliveries waiting for me:
Fred's Music Supply and BBQ delivered DigiQ II with Pit Viper 10 CFW, Bear Paws, Leather Case for my Thermapen, pizza stone for my adjustable rig (thanks eggaccessories), set of ceramic feet to get my pizza stone up and Beechwood Chunks.
Smokinlicious delivered a cubic foot of single filet made up of Sugar Maple, Red Oak and Wild Cherry.
The card says to store the wood in a container that allows for good air circulation and not to use plastic unless it has holes. Anyone have pictures of what they are storing wood chunks in?

Nice haul.
That smokinlicious wood is top quality. Just leave the tops of the bags open or poke a few holes to let it breathe and you'll be fine. -
Sounds like a plan, did some searching on here and they seemed to get a good review. Got here real quick, only 3 days from ordering.

I should have known that as soon as I bought a bunch of Rubbermaid containers to store my wood in that someone would tell me I shouldn't store my wood like that .
glad to see your helping the local economy buying stuff from Fred's .

I was also buying containers but returned them since I couldn't fit them under my table. Fred's is not to far in Reading PA so they were an easy choice.

You are going to love the Guru for long cook!! I store my wood chunks in a five gallen bucket. Real high tech! :P

Here is how I store mine - I guess I better drill some holes in the bottoms. My bride put labels on them - she keeps me organized - it's a tough job and she does it well :woohoo: .

Wow, Happy Holiday's Indeed. Enjoy!
