Chicken on a stick

If you like chicken on a stick at the fair you will enjoy chicken tenders on a stick made right at home.
4 hours in a Chinese-teriyaki marinade with fresh ground coriander, chives, sesame oil and hot chili sauce added then skewered onto soaked bamboo sticks. (Or use your favoirte chicken marinade) They grill up quick, about 15-20 minutes at 375-400 degrees dome with some applewood smoke. Enjoy.
