I want to cook a baby pig

hi: this is my first post I have been lurking for a few months. I have a large BGE and want to do slow cook a small pig. Has anyone done this on the BGE?. What rub or marinade did you use,what temprature did you set the egg at?.

You may research cochinillo, this translates to "suckling pig" and is a popular dish in Segovia, Spain. Also, a guy in California did one a few months back. I forgot his handle but his signature is his zip code 90something. We plan on doing one before too long. Remember to post pics of the results.
