I want to cook a baby pig

hi: this is my first post I have been lurking for a few months. I have a large BGE and want to do slow cook a small pig. Has anyone done this on the BGE?. What rub or marinade did you use,what temprature did you set the egg at?.

  • You may research cochinillo, this translates to "suckling pig" and is a popular dish in Segovia, Spain. Also, a guy in California did one a few months back. I forgot his handle but his signature is his zip code 90something. We plan on doing one before too long. Remember to post pics of the results.
