Sirloin Carne Asada on the Small

No plated pic but it was cut into strips & served with spanish rice, guacamole, salsa, & sour cream.

Actually one of the things I want to accomplish fairly soon with the egg is doing a carne asada flavoring for both steak and brisket. However, this was a store bought, pre-marinated, vacuum sealed deal. -
I don't think there is really a way to season it wrong. It just needs to be salty. I have started doing mine with Chipotle powder and salt. On a hot hot fire. I dust with the chipotle and throw it on the grill and salt the side thats up. I watch through the vent for the salt to melt. when it does I flip it and salt the other side. when it melts it should be done cooking.
