I want to smoke a brisket. Is there a way to pull up the different receipts for just briskets without searching through pages of threads on different subjects? Is there a way to categorize information on just one particular, specific meat? Thanks

    Yes and no. We don't have categories like that on this forum. The software supports them, but our members don't like them.

    You can use the search to find posts that are about brisket. The new search is very fast. By default it will find posts with brisket in the subject, but you can do "deeper" searches once you get to the search page.

    You can also use the "advanced search" similar to Google for things like "+brisket +recipe" or the like. We have an FAQ item that explains the complete options available for the advanced search mode. Hopefully you can find what you are looking for that way.

    There is also the recipes section. It does have categories; and, you may be able to find something there.

    Finally, you can post your question on the main forum. You might be surprised at how quick you'd get an answer, or several.
