This recipe is from the Summer 208 Fine Cooking Grilling Issue. Its got to be good there's an egg ad on page three. The Egg Shot

Here it is served with Egg Finished Roasted Potatoes and a green salad. Cooked the Tri Tip at 400 direct until 135 about 7 minutes a side. I used the Old Grand Dad I got for my Dad in the Marinade/Sauce. Old # 7 for me.
