for my SIL's 50th Birthday party. Good food and good friends and family. My brother knocked the ball out of the park on his first butt cook. I think I have him hooked now :laugh:

Please tell me you did not leave northern Alabama without picking up some of Big Bob Gibson's white sauce. That stuff is killer on chicken!

I can buy it locally here in Bham. Lately I have been making my own from the recipe in the Smoke and Spice cook book. I like it even more than the original.

I am reassured. All sauces need not be red in color, but being from Kansas City. I know the best ones are.
