How far off I-65 on Hwy 67 to your store? I should be coming up there next weekend.

Wow! I am amazed to see bark like that on yard birds. I am hesitant to try a cook that focuses on rendering the fat in the skin to yield results like this, until I see the finished product on the plate. Looks great!
How long did you cook these? Were they as moist as they appear? -
The Egg is the best cooker I have ever used for any type of chicken. I have done whole, breast, legs and thighs. They all come out wet when done.

From I-65 take exit 334 and head toward Decatur, Go about 10 miles... Before you get to the intersection of 67 and 24, you will be able to see the overpass for Hwy 24, but take a right onto a service road. Follow that road around, and we will be on the right.

Well there is a picture on the plate, look at the last picture. It was so tender and juicy. I have a pork loin in the fridge to do for tomorrow after church, but I just may watch NASCAR and eat chicken sandwiches!!! They are incredible. Plus... the best part is that crispy skin!!! MMmmmmmm!

400 degrees until 175-180 internal breast temp... I rubbed the skin with EVO, and seasoned it. It was a crispy and delicious as it looked.
