I put 2 boston butts on @ 8:00PM. I went to bed @ 11:00PM the dome was 250 and the internal was 120 degrees.
This morning at 5:30 AM the fire was out. Internal was 122 degrees.
Were they in the danger zone too long?
Can I save them in the oven?
