What is the best way to cook a 2" a Top Sirloin Roast.

That's a good question. You might want to Trex it. Treat it as if it were a tri-tip. Burn the crap out of it for 90 seconds per side, then roast it at about 400 degrees to your preference (doneness) and then let rest for about 5-10 minutes. Slice and enjoy.

that's a 2 INCH roast?
I think of steaks in terms of inches and roasts in terms of pounds. So I'm cornfused.
I'm thinking cook it like a 2" steak.
