Hi all,
I am going to cook some skinless breasts and legs tomorrow. I found a recipe for a marinade I like, but the recipe does not say direct or indirect. It does not talk about legs.
Any thoughts on direct or indirect and the temp and time to cook.

I should have said that I have a LBGE and am cooking 16 of each. If they wont all fit, may I and the 2nd grill

I have a how-to on my site just for skinless chicken. It's one of my favorite cooks because the flavor is on the meat. Maybe it will give you some ideas. Let us know how yours comes out.
