Bread in a dutch oven

Wifey came home with a new 5Q Lodge dutch oven the other day
so I set about making my no knead bread, which I have had good success with.....so far. Well, I totally burned the last 2 breads
OK, in my haste I forgot to put in a platesetter, and I may had had the temp a little to high (500
). I am lining the inside of the dutch oven with parchment paper that has been sprayed with EVOO.So...bread lovers, what is your secret to making bread in a dutch oven?
When my first butt comes off (plateau now) I want to put the next loaf on. Pix of my first pulled pork soon, hopefully  Thanks Guys

Has your dutch-oven been season, if not CLICK HERE
You should not have to oil the inside of your dutch oven. Mine comes out find.

My secret is
1. Make sure it is properly seasoned
2. Lightly spray with pam.
3. If it's a camp dutch oven place it on a plate setter. if it's a regular dutch oven place it on the grate with is on the platesetter. you want the space under it.
4. 400 is high enough!!
No need for parchment paper in a dutch oven. Hopefully someone will post a picture of me and my Irish Soda bread.. -
Sorry Pete, the only pic I could find was the one when you found out it was all gone And you didn't get to try it.
