Decided to try some turkey breast tenders and thighs on Saturday. Placed them in a ziplock on Friday night with some soy sauce, canola oil, minced garlic and just a splash of Balsamic. Let them soak overnight and about an hour before the cook gave them a good dusting of DP RedEye Express. Cooked them raised, direct at 275-300 until about 170 internal. These were very tender and juicy. Corn is seasoned with DP Shakin' the Tree.

T & T night? Oh no, no tater tots. I always wondered what those things were good for.

this is one of my favorite cooks simple, and good... i usually add a few grates of pepper... but no salt because the soup is salty enough
