Couple weeks ago you guys posted your best rib pictures. Lemme say that you guys have some of the best ribs, and best cameras, that most of us have ever seen! Everybody seemed to have fun with it so I thought it would be ok to do it again...only this time with Brisket.
I've never cooked a Brisket so I'll just have to sit here and drool : )
So post em if ya gots em!

I am not a huge brisket fan.I only tried it twice and wasn't thrilled with the results. How about a butt? :woohoo: :woohoo:

Good looking Butt. Do you always use the V-rack?
-
Hey Bamafan, this was my first butt on the XL and thought i'd give it a try.Usually I put them right on the raised grid in my medium.

It may not be the best but here are some shots of the brisket I did this past Sunday. My first 2 were not good, but this one came out very nice (with the help of some on this board)
And for a bonus here is the wifes Macaroni Pie :woohoo: From the Egg.
Not a bad meal over all :woohoo: -
Our sauce is here. Dhuff got pints instead of quarts. Imagine that 50% of the order screwed up.

I guess the good news is only 50% was messed up. Well, that is good to know that they at least made it. There will probably be a black market for that stuff if they keep it up.

Here's the last brisket I did. Folks say brisket is a tempermental cook but I've had pretty good luck.

Here's my best brisket pic...mind you, this is the best pic. The brisket itself was awful.

This is a favorite of mine, not just the picture...but it tasted really good too. In case you don't like that one, here are a few more.
