Used left over brisket to make a pie. Started a small roux thn added

Chopped red bell pepper
Potatos
Peas
Carrots
Yellow Squash
Corn
Garlic

Left out the kitchen sink - mighty tasty

Pretty close. About half of it is gone and it's sluffing off a little. :laugh: About like a pot pie would do.
