mmm..looks great pop a top!..bet it tasted even better! May have missed your earlier posts (unbelievable on this forum eh?)..what temp did you cook it at, how long, internal when you pulled?..thx for the pic

Cooked at 250 dome about 14 hours pulled at 198. Third time all three have come out great this was first one with digiQ. That thing works great :cheer:

Yeah..I still havent bought one..prolly will later this year..dunno..I kinda like 'playin w/the fire' and dont mind gettin up a couple times durin the night to check overnighters...gives me a chance to read spring chicken's post! :woohoo:

It looks greatand no doubt taste even better. Also can you tell me how the DDQ works and is it only for long slow cooing or is it also for pizza, steaks etc. I have been to the web page but still not sure how it operates.
