Londpon Broil w/shrimp

Did this London Broil last night. Coated with EVOO then Dinosaur Cajun Foreplay and minced garlic. Into the fridge for 6 hours.

T-Rex for 2 min each side at 650 then rest and finish at 400 for 5 min each side.

Made some spicy shrimp and added baked loaded potatoes, and chimichurri sauce for the london broil

Added some no-knead cinnamon raisin bread

It all came out wonderful...you make the call....thanks guys!

That looks great. What did you use for the shrimp?

It's the Mark Bittman spicy shrimp recipe....I think its the same recipe that AZRP uses.
2 lbs large shrimp
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons EVOO
2 teaspoons lemon juice
lemon wedges
Peel shrimp, devein, betterfly if you like. Mince garlic with salt and mix with cayenne and paprika, then make it a paste with EVOO and lemon juice. Smear over shrimp, put into basket on egg at 400. Grill for about 2 minutes or until done. Do not overcook!
Serve with lemon wedges.
