A little light reading that may help.

Dizzy Pig cannot ship outside the US (he cannot risk getting in trouble) but I have successfully sent a shipment of Dizzy Pig Rubs to Europe. I would suggest trying to find someone who is willing to order the rubs and repackage them to go down under.
It can be done. -
Hey Bill
Yeah, seems like the best way is to find a friend in the states willing to purchase and ship across the border. As much as we'd love to be able to export there is still much work to be done and money to be spent to get set up to do this. I'm amazed at the interest coming from outside the US, and it hurts to have my hands tied.
Thanks!

I don't understand. What is the catch? I've shipped a couple packages to my nephew, once to Iraq and once to (Soviet) Georgia.

Yor are a individual. DP is a buisness. International commerce is regulated and restricted. That is what was suggested that they find a individual to help.

Wow! Its past my bed time and I learned something. I guess it was worth staying up. ;-)
Thank you. -
Email me with your address and maybe I can help. Make sure you put DP rub in the subject line or I will think it is junk mail. I will check on shipping cost in the next couple of days. My email is pennmo2@aol.com Thanks, Tom

If you want to make your own rub to use until you can get some prepared ones, this is a nice all-purpose one that I've used on just about everything and it tastes great.
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup chili powder
3 tbsp salt
2 tbsp ground coriander
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp hot mustard powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp cayenne pepper (or less if you want less heat) -
Your all-purpose rub looks pretty good. What do you like it on the best?
This is a pretty good brisket rub and mop from "Smoke & Spice" by Cheryl and Bill Jamison.
I highly recommend the book.
I used this rub on the last three briskets I have done, all to requests for repeats.
Wild Willy’s Number One-derful Rub:
3/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup coarse salt, either Kosher or sea salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons cayenne
Beer mop:
12 ounces beer
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion - chopped
2 garlic cloves - minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Wild Willy’s Number One-derful Rub
